Our checkout is powered by Shopify and Paypal so all your information is secured. This information will never be shared with anyone. Shopify complies with the highest level of PCI (Payment Card Industry) standards while PayPal is internationally renowned for online transactions.

 

Shipping Times

Due to extremely high order demand, please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your orders. Deliveries typically range from 1 week to 3 weeks depending on geographic proximity, postal services, and shipping delays.

Shipping & Tracking

We deliver free worldwide! We do have tracking numbers associated with our items. However, we do not release the tracking numbers unless specifically requested when the item has not arrived after the standard shipping window has passed. Please bear in mind that items can be shipped in separate parcels and arrive on different dates due to being dispatched from multiple warehouses. 

 

Multiple Packages

We try to send the items out as fast as we can and thats why you may receive multiple packages for your order since one item was ready before the other! Do not worry, you other items are on it's way.

 

Return Policy, Customs and Lost Products

Kensington Discounts is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Custom fees encountered during international import are not our responsibility. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees and any return fees if our shipment is denied. 

We will try to re-ship orders that have been returned to us if they are deliverable to the correct address. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

SALE items are final sale, no refunds or exchanges are eligible.

We have an open policy and will accept refunds for period of 2 days starting from when tracking indicates the customers has received the package.

To process a refund, please ship it back to our store's return address and we will process a full refund upon receiving!  Do not ship it back to our manufacture address, please email us for a return request.
